Privacy Policy & Terms
This policy applies to Theater Room 7 version 2.0, which builds upon version 1.x.x.
Sign in with Apple gives us your name and email. Your profile handle, interests, the titles you recommend, and who you follow are visible to other users — your email and last name never are. There’s no private messaging or free-text comments in Theater Room 7, by design.
- We don’t sell your data or use it for ad targeting.
- Payments are handled entirely by Apple and RevenueCat — we never see your card details.
- Firebase hosts your data and handles push notifications and sign-in; TelemetryDeck provides basic usage analytics; TheTVDB supplies movie and show info.
- You can delete your account and everything tied to it anytime from Settings → Delete Account.

Terms of Service
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends — manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. All payment goes through Apple directly; we never collect your card information.
- The app’s design, code, and branding belong to Prickly Pear App Works LLC or its licensors — that covers the app itself, not your profile or the recommendations you post.
- The app is provided “as is,” and our liability is capped at what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Your use of Theater Room 7 is governed by our Terms & Conditions and, for the iOS app, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):
